Most people didn't left super injured but a guy fainted right before the last band started playing, idk if he drank too much or what happened but he didn't had physical damage, he probably fainted for a different reason. For me, I have a few bruises and also my nose is a little damaged but it's all good :3

The last metal show I went to was the KISS farewell tour. The makeup they wear is so thick, you can't see how old they were. You'd easily be fooled into thinking it was still the 80s if it weren't for the dicks holding their cellphones over their head recording the the show rather than watching it.
